REAL ESTATE & EQUITY INVESTMENTSIndex International has a varied, yet focused business model. We have expanded our investment segments to include investments in traditional corporate equity and now operate two arms (divisions) of business - Real Estate and Equity.
Through our experience and by leveraging our relationships we actively seek assets and companies that meet our criteria for value creation.
We target assets and companies with proven sustainable business models to optimise our own risk profile. We continuously review and balance our risk and reward potential.
Although our Strategy still rest on our Real Estate platform, the addition of our Equity segment (traditional corporate equity) gives us a better and interesting portfolio. We review private companies as well as publicly traded companies. Our fundamental interest in these sectors is to create substantial shareholder value and at the same time be a more diversified portfolio than traditional property companies.
